Healthy Breakfast Ideas

I go through sweet and savory phases with breakfasts. A few months ago, I was obsessed with blueberry waffles and maple syrup. The other month, I was on a huge chia pudding and oatmeal grind. Currently, my body craves flavor and seasoning.

The slideshow below features some healthy breakfast ideas that I made this week. You’ll mainly see eggs with pepper and onion, fresh chives, everything bagel sandwiches, and some fresh fruit and berry toast. I included brief descriptions in the photos below of the ingredients pictured.

Hopefully this inspires you to cook up your current breakfast craving and listen to your body. If you’re craving something, figure out the specific flavor your body craves, whether it be sweet or spicy or savory, and figure out a way to make it healthy and colorful! Cooking breakfast doesn’t have to be monotonous and boring. Make it fun and own your morning!
